Club Love Ltd hosts events and manages memberships for adult audiences (20+) through our website and third-party platforms, including JoinIt for membership and additional tools for ticketing, communications, and content. Our spaces are queer-inclusive, sex-positive, and focused on consent, safety, and well-being.

2. Membership & JoinIt

Club Love uses JoinIt, an external provider, to manage membership applications and renewals. By signing up:

• You agree to JoinIt’s own Terms and Privacy Policy.
• We use membership data to verify ID at events, assess vibe checks, and monitor access.
• Membership may be revoked without refund if you violate our code of conduct or safety policies.

Membership is required for entry to most events and is subject to screening and approval.

3. Age Restriction

You must be 20 or over to use our website, purchase tickets, or attend our events. Valid photographic ID is required for entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry if age or identity cannot be verified.

4. Events, Entry, and Safety

Our events are designed around community care, freedom of expression, and respect. By attending a Club Love event, you agree that:

• All sexual or kink activity is consensual, negotiated, and between adults.
• You will not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or boundary violation.
• Entry is granted at our discretion, subject to vibe checks, ID verification, and consent to our conduct policy.
• You may be refused entry or removed without refund if you breach our code of conduct.

Collective Responsibility is our guiding principle. If you see something concerning, you are expected to report it immediately to a Guardian or SIA Security.

5. Incident Reporting & Police Contact

Club Love has a strict safeguarding protocol. In the rare case of a serious incident:

• We may be legally required to report to the police or local authorities.
• All incident reports are securely logged and handled confidentially. Our policy is on the website
• Attendance at our events implies consent to being part of a well-being system where interventions may occur.

Our events are protected spaces—but not lawless ones.

6. Sexual Health, Risk, and Liability

We encourage all guests to:

• Practice safer sex
• Use protection and sanitation provided on-site
• Make informed decisions around risk-aware consensual kink (RACK)

However, you attend at your own risk. Club Love Ltd assumes no liability for personal injury, emotional harm, or STI transmission.

9. Personal Conduct & Photography Policy

You agree not to:

• Take photos, videos, or recordings at any Club Love event unless in clearly designated areas and with explicit consent from all parties involved.
• Share private content, imagery, information or identities from events on public or social platforms without prior permission from all subjects and Club Love Ltd.
• Use cameras or phones in any play, social, or dance space unless authorised by Club Love staff.
• Club Love Ltd, commission professional photography and videography to document our events. While we deeply value the contributions of performers, collaborators, and crew, we are under no obligation to share or distribute any paid-for imagery with contributors, performers, or other individuals involved in the production or event.

• This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Performance or promotional footage
  • Edited or unedited photographs or video
  • Any content produced by third-party contractors or internal documentation teams

  Any media released to contributors will be shared at our sole discretion and typically only when aligned with promotional or archival goals. 

Photography Rules at Club Love Events:

• We operate a strict no-photography policy across all general event areas.
• Our Consent Captures (designated photo zones or sessions) are the only exception, and are opt-in only.
• Consent is always specific, enthusiastic, and revocable at any time—regardless of what was agreed earlier.
• Any violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event, membership suspension, and potential legal consequences.

10. Licensing and Legal Compliance

Club Love operates under all applicable local authority licenses and complies with venue, alcohol, and public safety regulations. You must adhere to venue rules and staff instructions at all times.
