These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Club Love’s Website, located at https://www.clubloveltd.com/.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Club Love if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Unless otherwise stated, Club Love and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Club Love. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Club Love for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Our Terms and Conditions were created with the help of the Terms And Conditions Template.

Membership

If you are accepted as a member of the Club Love members club the additional membership-related provisions will govern the terms of your membership. We may update these Terms from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons, or to reflect changes in our services or practices. We will endeavor to notify you of any material change that affects you. However, you should regularly check this page to see if any changes have been made. Club Love is a club night with adult playrooms with a limited capacity per event. We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all applications for Membership at our absolute discretion. When you apply to become a Member of Club Love you must be aged 20 years old or over. Your Membership will automatically renew at the end of each Membership period unless you choose to terminate your Membership. We may ask you to reapply if we have not seen you in a while. You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at the address displayed at the bottom of this page. You will not be eligible for a refund. We may terminate your Membership at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have breached any of the terms, conditions, codes or house rules set out in these Terms or otherwise relating to your Membership. In such circumstances, the termination will take effect immediately and you will not be entitled to any refunds. We may also terminate your Membership at any time in our absolute discretion to take effect immediately. As a Member, you are entitled to purchase one ticket for yourself as well as other approved members. At certain events Members will be allowed to bring one respectful guest (non-member). The guest needs to bring valid ID and must arrive with the approved Member, who will then vouch for the guest. If the guest does not follow our event guidelines or etiquette the guest and the Member who brought them will be asked to leave. Members tickets can only be purchased with an approved, in-date and paid for Membership. If you purchase a Members ticket without a Membership you will be turned away from the event and will not be issued a refund. Guests who buy a guest ticket without an approved Member to attend with, will be turned away from our event and will not be issued a refund. It is not allowed to purchase a ticket for an individual who has previously been refused, banned or rejected from a membership or Club Love event. Even with a ticket, entry to and continued attendance at an event is at our absolute discretion. As such, we may refuse entry or ask for you to leave an event at our absolute discretion. You will be responsible for and indemnify us against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs & expenses suffered or incurred by us as a result of your breach of these Terms or other default in relation to any codes, policies, or your other obligations.

As part of the membership application, you will be asked to create a digital profile via JOIN IT our membership platform. It is essential you keep this profile up to date and provide a recent  photograph so we can identify you on entry to the event. Once your membership profile has been approved you will need to download your digital card to your online wallet or payment app.

If your membership is cancelled, your subscription and details will be deleted from JOIN IT, The Club Love website and our payment channel STRIPE. If your membership has auto-renewed you have a 14 days to cancel the renewal for a full refund. Any cancellations after the 14 day period will not be refunded. 

Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, we cannot refund any costs of the ticket or otherwise. In the event of cancellation by us, we will refund your ticket price but are not liable for any other costs you may have incurred such as hotels or travel. In any event, you must at all times comply with our Events Policy. You may be able to transfer your ticket for a future event should you not be able to attend, at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse entry regardless of ticket purchase if we feel you have not embraced our dress-code, you do not have a thorough understanding of our event etiquette or we feel you will diminish the experience for other guests. You will not be entitled to a ticket refund.

Liability

Respect other people’s privacy, do not disclose happenings in the club or other members’ attendance of the club to people or organizations outside of the club. You are not to attend for the purpose of media reporting without the prior permission of the club owner and Club Love founders. This is a private event and such information is confidential.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Club Love does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Club Love, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Club Love shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Club Love reserves the right to monitor all Comments on our media platforms and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, libel/defamation, or causes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
• The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party;
• The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy

• You hereby grant Club Love a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
