To ensure accuracy and accountability, we require reports to be submitted with your real name. Your identity will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
While a report is being reviewed, the person in question may have their attendance at our events temporarily paused. Although we protect the anonymity of those who submit reports, we cannot prevent individuals from making their own assumptions about who may have flagged them.
Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting a report. Filing a report does not automatically result in a ban but allows us to assess concerns and take appropriate action to maintain the safety and wellbeing of our community. Every report is carefully considered, and decisions are based on the evidence provided.
